Objectives
• Every Diocese takes steps to create awareness on various rights including Human and Constitutional Rights among at least 10,000 people stakeholders in Three years.
• Every Diocese identifies and reaches out to the excluded groups like people with disability, HIV infected and affected, sexual minorities, senior Citizen etc. and works for their rights.
